OnPoint Roofing was a great experience for me. I worked closely w/ Justine who came out to my house multiple times. I like her because I found her authentic, honest, energetic, super helpful, caring, adaptable to my needs, would answer everything she could and if she needed more info for me she would go find it, quick response times, patient and w/ good advice. One time she helped me cut down a large branch (in prep for roof going on) when my shoulder was injured and I couldn’t do it on my own! I am one of those picky customers who wants it just right… color, clean up, design, the whole package. Justine worked with me w/o making me feel wrong for being a stickler. As for rest of staff, their expert knowledge gave me an edge to working w/ my insurance company. They went round and round a couple months to settle on a final #/$ (this was hail damage claim and this was with an insurance company known for being tough). Also the clean up crew, after my roof was put on, hardly left a nail around the yard! I have not seen this good of a clean up after any work…and this was all done in 1 day FYI. Give OnPoint a call, maybe ask for Justine. She really worked for me.

Very attentive, responsive, personal service from start to finish. Justine in particular made several visits to our home in the course of our roof replacement project,..from getting initial inspection, to furnishing a project cost estimate, to recommending insurance claims, to being present at insurance claim inspection, to following up with our insurance adjuster to produce a better settlement, to helping with selection of roofing materials, and to providing follow-up after the roof was installed.
The owner Chris made a personal inspection of the old roof himself to help with insurance issues.
The roof installment itself was done on time, neatly, and efficiently…the crew working through very dicey weather conditions,..including sleet!

I had a wonderful experience with OnPoint Premier. Mr. Christian Moreno is very professional and took care of doing the inspection of the roof and taking pictures and provided then to the Insurance company and it was easily approved. Thanks to him doing a great job the claim was approved. When I filed the initial claim and did not have Mr. Moreno helping me out it was denied. Thank you, Mr. Moreno, for getting my roof replaced and for the crew that did a great job.

Always very quick to respond to questions. Very pleasant and professional to work with. We had the entire roof redone after the hail storm and it looks fantastic. They brought all other issues that were found after the old shingles where removed to our attention and did a great job with the repairs. Job site was left perfectly clean afterwards. I definitely recommend this company and would gladly use them again.

One of the best purchase experiences I have ever had! We had a somewhat complicated insurance situation but Tyler and his team embraced the challenge and successfully helped me navigate the processes of filing my claim and getting the insurance company to pay for my new roof. On top of that, their work is top notch! I’m sure they have other good reps, but I have to say that Tyler was very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

David came out to assess our roof & give a bid. He was thorough, friendly & professional. The bid was extremely detailed so we knew there wouldn’t be much room for additional charges. The crew was fast, professional & did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend OnPoint to anyone.
